Dealer and Broker Purchases Boeing
EC135P2’s
Now Exclusively Buys and Sells Civil Turbine Helicopters
Minneapolis, Minnesota, Jan. 20, 2005 – HelicopterBuyer, Inc.
announces the acquisition of two corporate EC135P2 civil helicopters
from Boeing. The dealer and broker recently acquired the
helicopters, which were part of Boeing Integrated Defense Systems’
fleet that were no longer required. According to HelicopterBuyer
president and CEO, Mark V. Clancy, “the acquisition was a move by
HelicopterBuyer as part of its plans to become a dealer as well as a
broker in the civil turbine helicopter business. The U.S.-registered
corporate 2001 EC135P2 helicopters, S/N 188 & 190, were maintained
to a refined degree, have substantially low hours, and are
immediately available for purchase.”
One of the EC135P2’s will be on static display at the HAI Heli-Expo
in Anaheim, Calif. in Feb. 2005. These recent purchases follow the
helicopter dealer and broker’s purchase of two Bell 412HP
helicopters for inventory resale that were sold earlier this year.
HelicopterBuyer was initially established five years ago to become a
broker of buyers and sellers of civil turbine helicopters, said
Clancy, and to manage every aspect of locating, valuing, purchasing,
marketing, inspecting, transporting, importing/exporting, and
reconfiguring helicopters. In fact, in a move to refine the
company’s focus this year, HelicopterBuyer now exclusively
represents buyers and sellers of civil turbine helicopters and
purchases helicopters for inventory resale, as well as provides a
broad array of value-added services. Clancy said the company has
become invaluable to customers in assisting buyers and sellers in
the purchase and resale of a high-quality equipment, including
Agusta, Bell Helicopter, Eurocopter, Sikorsky, and MD Helicopters.
HelicopterBuyer specializes in meeting the needs of utility,
off-shore, emergency medical, public safety, private security,
corporate, and private owners and commercial operators.
Over the past several months, HelicopterBuyer also has launched a
newly designed Web site that is more user-friendly, robust, and
reflects the company’s changing position in the helicopter dealer
and brokerage market. The Web site has more interactive features to
effectively assist buyers and sellers in locating, purchasing and
selling light and medium civil turbine helicopters. It also has
multi-lingual capabilities in 14 languages, which reflects
HelicopterBuyer’s growth into the global marketplace, representing
buyers and sellers in North America, South America, Europe, Middle
East and Asia.
