according to the highest professional standards in the industry. The
company will always present accurate specifications of helicopters
for sale and will make truthful and factual representations in all
cases. Concealment, exaggeration, or misrepresentation will not be
tolerated.
HelicopterBuyer will provide full and accurate disclosure of charges and
costs
associated in any transaction and will assume that all pertinent
documents
pertaining to the transaction are maintained according to good
business practices. The company will reveal all ownership interests
in any helicopter early in any projected transaction.
HelicopterBuyer will ensure that special care is taken to provide
truthful, accurate, and representative information to the owner or
buyer about the market value of the helicopter. The company agrees
that all valid offers received on the helicopter will be submitted
to the seller promptly and all prospective purchasers will be
informed of any accepted offer.
HelicopterBuyer acknowledges that compensation for any helicopter shall
be accepted from the seller or the buyer, but not both. Further
compensation shall not be paid on an indirect or direct basis to any
persons or employees party and to the transaction without written
notification.
